1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Funelo ("Service"), operated by Funelo ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use Funelo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Not create more than one account per person without our written permission.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Funelo to:

• Post, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or use the Service for phishing, malware distribution, or any other malicious purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our express written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Funelo offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish on Funelo, including your bio, links, images, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Funelo platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Funelo platform, software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse-engineer it, without our prior written permission.

6. Public Profiles & Content Visibility

Your Funelo profile page (at funelo.co/yourusername) is public by default and may be indexed by search engines. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Do not include sensitive personal information on your public profile. You may adjust visibility settings from your dashboard.

7. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to others. Where possible, we will provide advance notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNELO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. Specific jurisdiction details will be updated prior to launch.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
